The Microcat Mk II bait is a good all round bait boat. The catamaran design sits low in the water making it steady even in windy conditions. The hoppers can handle 4 kg of bait and can be operated independently or simultaneously . The new Mk II version has had some excellent upgrades compared to the previous version. Its now self priming, has controllable brightness navigation lights, the battery compartment has been made waterproof and the carry handle is stronger. The only thing that really lets this boat down is the 45 minutes of running time. We would recommend purchasing the HD batteries to improve on this to 70 minutes but be aware that this will add a extra couple of kg in weight.
